The Problem
Early Settler needed a campaign to build customer confidence in purchasing their extended online range. As Senior Creative Lead, my task was to shift shoppers from feeling unsure to ready-to-buy by developing a new visual identity, campaign naming, and practical confidence cues seamlessly integrated with existing brand guidelines.

Rationale

I developed the campaign platform Beyond the Floor: More choice, less guesswork. This strategically reframed the lack of physical floor stock as an opportunity for broader discovery, anchored by the tangible reassurance of the physical store network. To make the in-store planning space feel warm and retail-friendly rather than overly technical, I renamed it The Style Suite. Visually, I designed a curated, Pinterest-style grid layout in warm timber and beige tones to remove the overwhelm of endless scrolling. By pairing clear digital discovery with prominent in-store reassurance cues such as 'Click-inspect-collect', 'Looks & Feels like', and physical swatches, the creative successfully bridged the gap between the online and physical experience, giving customers the exact support they needed to buy with confidence.
