The Problem
CBCo Brewing needed consistent, commercially focused creative across a growing mix of brand, retail, on-premise, venue, and trade channels. The challenge was to support the brand’s expansion while keeping creative output cohesive, efficient, and adaptable across a fast-moving business.

Rationale

Across my time at CBCo Brewing, creative delivery spanned everything from new product development, packaging, POS, merchandising, paid social, eDMs, trade marketing, website updates, venue campaigns, and photoshoot art direction. I oversaw broader creative direction across the business, mentored in-house creatives, and managed external partners including illustrators and 3D artists to bring campaign and brand ideas to life. A key part of my role was owning the end-to-end production process, from print specifications, supplier selection, quoting, proofing, and press checks through to workflow planning and budget tracking. I also maintained brand guidelines, templates, packaging systems, and POS frameworks to improve consistency, streamline delivery, and reduce rework across the business.
